At least right now.
Haven’t started Nioh 2 yet but if it’s like Nioh 1 then normal difficulty is comparable to Sekiro and Bloodborne, although you do have a wider choice how to fight enemies (stealth, ninja skills, magic etc.).
Nioh 2 definitely seems harder than the first so far..
